Location: Stockport, Manchester

Salary: £25,000 basic | OTE £55,000+ (uncapped) + Company Car

Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a premium main dealership in Stockport, Manchester to recruit an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team, representing a prestigious brand and working in a modern, customer-focused environment.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Selling both new and used premium vehicles

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover

• Building long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

• Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale

You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 4 Sales Executives, all focused on performance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

What’s on Offer

• Basic salary of £25,000

• Uncapped OTE of £55,000+ (based on approx. 120 units per year)

• Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle

• Company car

• Structured and supportive team environment

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Every other Saturday off

• Every Sunday off

• Plus a day off in the week, every week

About You

• Proven experience in car sales (ideally within a main dealership)

• A strong track record of achieving targets

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Highly motivated, professional, and driven to succeed
