This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, client facing research role within a highly sought after, subscription based professional services business. You will lead insight driven projects that influence strategy at the highest level, working with senior stakeholders from day one.

The Role
You will sit within a specialist research team following a recent team change, reporting into a senior research leader and working closely with commercial and client teams. This is a mixed methods role with a strong emphasis on insight, storytelling and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end to end qualitative and quantitative research projects
• Designing research approaches, questionnaires and discussion guides
• Managing external fieldwork agencies who handle recruitment and data collection
• Analysing data and translating findings into clear, commercial insight
• Creating visuals, charts and storyboards to support client narratives
• Producing high quality research outputs and presentations
• Presenting insight to senior stakeholders and C suite audiences
• Supporting client conversations and contributing to the commercial success of projects

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial research experience across mixed methods
• Confidence working with both qualitative and quantitative data
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insight and stories
• Experience working with external fieldwork partners
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting findings
• Curious, proactive and able to operate autonomously in a fast paced environment
