Are you an IT/Tech industry professional with strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with suppliers or distributors? Looking for a fast-paced role where you can take ownership, work with big-name vendors, and contribute to a growing digital buying platform?

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and is confident handling both commercial activities and day-to-day admin.

Please note: This role is based Birmingham City Centre. You will need to be able to be onsite 3 days per week, with flexibility to change the days to suit business needs.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a product category across a digital procurement platform, working closely with vendors, distributors, sales teams, and internal support functions. Your role will include:

• Managing supplier and distributor relationships
• Negotiating pricing, promotions, and commercial terms
• Ensuring product data, pricing and content are accurate and competitive
• Supporting sales teams with quotes, product advice, and category insights
• Creating and coordinating digital promotions and campaigns
• Monitoring buying patterns and market trends to spot opportunities
• Handling admin tasks such as order queries, stock updates and reports

This is a varied role that mixes commercial responsibility with hands-on operational support, perfect for someone who likes to be "in the action".

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in the IT or technology sector (essential)
• Negotiation experience with vendors, suppliers or distributors (essential)
• Background in buying, purchasing, procurement, or commercial support
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work quickly under pressure
• Confidence using data to make informed decisions
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in the office three days a week
