Execute M&A and strategic advisory mandates across consumer tech, gaming, interactive entertainment and digital media.
Draft and coordinate marketing materials including Information Memoranda, pitch books and management presentations.
Build and review financial models, valuation analyses and transaction scenarios.
Drive workstreams independently, supporting Associates, VPs and senior bankers on live transactions and pitches.
Engage directly with clients, management teams and investors, taking increasing ownership as deals progress.
Support junior team members and contribute to a lean, high-quality execution environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Analyst 2-3 within investment banking or a top-tier advisory boutique or private equity firm.
Strong technical capability with a clear execution mindset and attention to detail.
Demonstrable deal experience across technology, consumer tech, interactive entertainment, media or gaming (other backgrounds may be considered if there is significant overlap e.g. consumer or generalist M&A/PE advisory).
Comfortable operating in small deal teams with a high degree of responsibility.
Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
