Actio Recruitment is looking for a skilled and detail-driven Soldering Technician to join a cutting-edge electronics manufacturer based in the Salisbury area. If you take pride in producing high-quality PCB assemblies and enjoy working with the latest technology, this role will suit you perfectly.

The Role

• Hand assembly and soldering of PCBs
• Surface-mount soldering down to 0402 component size
• Through-hole and SMT component placement by hand
• Preparation of PCBs
• Visual inspection rds
• PCB rework, modification, and component replacement

What You’ll Need

• Confident soldering skills with fine-pitch and miniature components
• Experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or repair
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Ability to follow technical drawings and work to high standards
