Residential Property Solicitor – Kent

The Opportunity

A reputable and expanding law firm in Kent is looking to recruit a Property Solicitor to join its busy and well-regarded property team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates at all levels of experience, from newly qualified solicitors through to senior practitioners, to develop their careers within a supportive and progressive firm.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters, depending on your experience, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity and remortgages
• New build transactions
• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters

You will be responsible for running your own caseload with appropriate supervision where required, while maintaining high standards of client care and efficiency.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from candidates across a broad range of experience levels. You will ideally:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
• Have experience handling property transactions (residential, commercial, or both)
• Be commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service
• Possess strong organisational and communication skills
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
