This is a role which will suit someone who is seeking a step up to Senior Manager within a Product and Operational Tax environment. Responsibilities include:

• Manage reviews of WHT flows for global custodians and investment banks;benchmark treaty rates and identify leakage points.
• Drive and strategically manage key client relationships and projects, establishing yourself as a pivotal and sought-after point of contact for complex Product & Operational Taxes expertise.
• Contribute to AI platform design: Lead requirements gathering, authored specs, tested features, and support adoption
• Oversee the development and delivery of EU and other global client packs; translate legislation into custody procedures,documentation, and internal training.
• Advise on onboarding tax documentation and service scope; reduce friction at KYC/AML/tax intersections for major clients.
• Manage escalations on rate discrepancies, documentation gaps, and eligibility issues; align resolution with Legal/Group Tax and client stakeholders.
