An established Legal 100 firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate to join its expanding real estate team in Swindon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer looking to take on high-quality work within a collaborative and ambitious environment. The Opportunity

You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters for an established client base, while also working closely with senior leadership on more strategic transactions. The role would suit someone who enjoys developing long-term client relationships and contributing to the wider success of a progressive team.

Key Responsibilities

Running a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions independently

Advising on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters and secured lending work

Supporting developers, investors, landowners and commercial clients

Assisting on complex real estate transactions alongside Partners

Taking part in networking, client development and marketing initiatives

Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team

What experience is required:

Qualified Solicitor with approximately 7 years’ PQE +

Strong technical experience across landlord & tenant, secured lending and development work

Confident managing client relationships 

Commercially aware with a proactive and collaborative approach
