This is a great opportunity to join a growing recruitment firm in the heart of Manchester as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You'll be the engine behind new business activity-working from warm data, qualifying prospects, generating leads, and booking meetings for the senior sales team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a clear pathway into full 360 recruitment or senior sales roles.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging with warm leads and existing data to identify potential hiring needs
- Making outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new opportunities
- Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for Business Development Managers
- Building rapport with decision-makers across multiple industries
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity
- Supporting wider sales campaigns and contributing ideas to improve outreach

- Experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, or customer-facing roles
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people
