Commercial Manager - Consumer Finance
London | Hybrid Working (2-3 days per week in office)
Up to £55,000 + benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a fast-growing consumer lending business during a major growth phase, including the launch of new products and partnerships.
This role sits within a highly commercial acquisitions team and will focus on pricing strategy, commercial performance optimisation, and data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with stakeholders across acquisitions and analytics to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition performance through pricing and proposition changes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse commercial and pricing performance across lending products
Recommend and implement pricing adjustments to improve commercial outcomes
Work within existing risk frameworks to optimise acquisition performance
Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Collaborate with commercial, analytics and acquisition teams on strategic initiatives
Experience in a commercial, pricing, or analytical role within consumer lending or a similar regulated consumer environment
Strong understanding of pricing strategy and commercial impact
Advanced SQL skills essential
Exposure to Python or statistical modelling would be beneficial
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
