The business is growing and they are looking for a dynamic, experienced lettings manager to join their thriving team, who can expand on their current service levels and large client base.

To be successful you will have at experience as a lettings manager or senior lettings negotiator with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. They are looking for a natural leader with first class customer service skills, who ideally has good market knowledge of Pinner and the surrounding areas. Personal specification:

• Experience as a residential lettings manager, or as a senior lettings negotiator looking to make their move into management
• ARLA qualified Level 2 at least or equivalent (opportunities to gain more qualifications will be encouraged)
• Strong current lettings legislation knowledge
• Experience leading / supervising a team
• Confident, energetic, enthusiastic and articulate
• Good local knowledge
• Full UK driving licence.

The salary for this lettings management role will include a basic of £38,000 plus on target earnings of £45,000 to £50,000. A car allowance and parking permit will be provided. Benefits include 32 days holiday including bank/public holidays, pension, performance related annual bonus, and more.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm, plus alternate Saturdays from 10am to 2pm (paid in addition to salary).
