We’re partnering with a fast-growing fragrance development company in the UK to find an experienced and creative NPD Manager to lead end-to-end product development from concept through to launch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll own the full NPD process from initial concept through to successful product launch, ensuring innovation and quality at every stage.
• You’ll develop new fragrance ideas, working closely with creative and technical teams to bring exciting products to market.
• You’ll collaborate with marketing, R&D, supply chain and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• You’ll use market insight and data to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
• You’ll manage timelines, budgets and stakeholders to ensure products are delivered efficiently and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in fragrance NPD or a similar product development role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple launches
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry
• Confident communicator who works well across teams
• Ability to manage timelines and drive projects from concept to completion
