Due to continued growth, an established company are currently looking for an Administrator join their team. The Administrator will be responsible for providing administration support to the services team.

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of work for the team
  • Dealing with queries from clients via email and telephone
  • Planning and assigning of engineer maintenance visits
  • Collating all engineer job reports
  • Updating of electronic systems
  • Raising of purchase orders and producing invoices
  • Updating financial reports on weekly basis

Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CAFM system
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Previously worked in a Facilities Management or Construction environment
