Customer Service Advisor

Location:- Newcastle-Under-Lyme

Salary £24,000 - £25,000

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support a busy B2C eCommerce operation. This role is central to ensuring customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience across a range of online sales platforms.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key point of contact for customers across multiple online channels
• Responding to enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other digital platforms
• Supporting customers with account queries, updates, and manual order placement
• Coordinating with logistics providers to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time
• Handling returns and working with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
• Delivering a consistently professional and friendly service that builds trust with customers

About You

You'll be a strong fit for this role if you can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• A professional and assured telephone manner
• Strong IT capability and comfort using different systems and platforms
• The ability to work well within a team and alongside multiple departments
• Good organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities
• Confidence in making decisions that balance excellent service with business requirements
