The Role

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support learning and development
• Provide one-to-one and small group support
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social development

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable
• A caring, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
