TPP is partnering with a well-known UK charity to recruit a Due Diligence & Compliance Officer. This role plays a vital part in supporting ethical fundraising by ensuring robust research, compliance and risk assessment across high value partnerships.

The Role Working within a central compliance team, you’ll undertake due diligence research on potential donors, corporate partners and public representatives, helping inform key decisions and protect the organisation’s reputation. You’ll work closely with fundraising and external engagement teams, providing clear, accurate and timely insights to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Conduct due diligence research using a range of external sources Assess reputational and ethical risks in line with internal policies Produce clear, concise reports to support decision making Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records in line with data protection regulations Support continuous improvement of research processes and policies Build effective relationships with internal teams and external research providers
About You Experience conducting research and producing written reports Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines Experience using databases and Microsoft Office
