Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events to expand our client base of over 500+ consulted businesses.
• Develop social media plans and strategies for brand growth, provide analytics, and a result-driven approach
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, specifically demonstrating our value in social media consulting, brand growth, and business promotion.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and market penetration within the UK.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for targeted outreach and engagement.
• Manage client's social media promotion, marketing reels, and deal with the content team
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet organizational sales targets.
• Monitor industry trends in social media and digital marketing, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the marketing, social media, or professional consulting sectors.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software; experience with tools like Salesforce is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and visionaries.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for growth and achieving targets.
• Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields are desirable but not essential.
