Job Title: Residential Cleaner

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 3:00pm (25 hours per week)

Pay: £13.00 per hour + mileage allowance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Residential Cleaner to join our team working in private homes across the local area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high cleaning standards and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning surfaces, mirrors, and appliances
• Changing bed linens and tidying rooms where required
• Ensuring all properties are cleaned to a high standard
• Following health and safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment
• Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns

Requirements

• Previous residential cleaning experience is essential
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Must have own vehicle
• Basic DBS check required
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
