Looking for a Paraplanning role where you can take real ownership and work closely with advisers in a fast-paced, successful business?

You’ll be part of a busy, high-performing team where quality advice and excellent client service are at the heart of everything they do.

Client Overview

This firm has a well-developed wealth division alongside mortgage and protection teams, giving you exposure to a broad range of financial planning areas.

They support a varied client bank, including high net worth individuals, and operate in a fast-paced environment driven by strong business levels and ongoing referrals.

The team is close-knit and social, with around 20 people in the office. They balance a busy working environment with regular team events and a genuinely supportive culture.

Role Details

You’ll work closely with five advisers, alongside two other paraplanners, and benefit from full administrative support from a dedicated team. This structure allows you to focus on delivering high-quality technical work.

  • Preparing detailed suitability reports across pensions, investments, trusts and bonds
  • Gathering and analysing client information including income, assets and liabilities
  • Producing cashflow models and retirement projections using tools such as Voyant
  • Conducting product and fund research to support recommendations
  • Collaborating with advisers to develop tailored financial plans
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Supporting advisers with the end-to-end advice process

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to manage your workload and contribute meaningfully to client outcomes.

  • Up to £50,000 salary depending on experience
