We are seeking an accomplished Emerging MarketsSales Professional to lead and scale revenue growth across high-potential international markets. Based in London, this role offers the opportunity to shape strategy within a Brokerage, build a team, and drive commercial success in some of the world’s fastest-growing regions.

The Role

You will own the regional sales strategy and execution across multiple emerging markets. You will work closely with executive leadership, regional partners, and cross-functional teams to accelerate growth, expand market presence, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

    • Define and execute the Emerging Markets Credit Sales strategy aligned with global growth objectives
    • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing regional and local sales teams
    • Drive new market entry, channel development, and strategic partnerships
    • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and performance management across regions
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and operations to localize go-to-market approaches
    • Represent the business with key enterprise clients, distributors, and stakeholders

Key Requirements

    • 5+ years of proven senior sales leadership experience in emerging or developing markets
    • Strong track record of building and scaling international revenue
    • Deep understanding of complex, multi-country sales environments
    • Exceptional commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
    • Willingness to travel internationally as required
