Kenneth Brian Associates are partnered up with a well-established client based in Surbiton. We are looking for an administrator who has previously worked within a construction environment. The purpose of this role will be to provide support to the Bids Coordinator & Tender enquiries.

Duties:

  • Support the Bid Coordinator with tender coordination
  • Contacting subcontractors via the phone chasing for tender enquiries & quotes
  • Updating their register and making sure estimators are aware of any uncompleted quotes
  • Answering the phones and directing them to the right member of staff
  • Supporting staff with holiday cover
  • General admin ad hoc duties

Experience required:

  • Previous experience using a document control management system
  • Experience with quoting within construction industry
  • IT savy - experience using different systems Microsoft, Word & Excel
  • Excellent eye for detail and strong writing skills
  • Creative, with an eye for detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
