We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a friendly, well-run kitchen in the Aldeburgh area on a temporary basis, with consistent straight shifts and weekly pay. Ideal for someone who enjoys a calm, organised service and can hit the ground running.

• Support the Head Chef with daily service
• Prepare fresh, high-quality dishes
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Work efficiently during straight shifts

What You Need

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef
• Strong cooking and prep skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Car driver preferred due to location
• Reliable, professional, and ready to start quickly
