New Sales Manager / Assistant General Manager

Permanent | Leicestershire | £50,000–£60,000 + bonus

We are supporting a well-established automotive group in the appointment of an experienced New Sales Manager / Assistant General Manager based in Leicestershire.

This is a key leadership role focused on driving sales performance, managing a high-performing team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience across new and used vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the dealership sales team
• Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
• Implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners and customers
• Oversee CRM, reporting, and stock management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercially driven with a hands-on approach
• Experience using CRM and reporting tools
• Full UK driving licence
