Location: GL7
Salary: Paying up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Hours: First month 9-5pm and 1 in 6 Saturdays - After your first month you will work shift patterns to match the rest of the business (6-week rota basis):

  • 8am - 4:30pm

  • 10:30am - 6pm

  • 11:30am - 8pm

  • 1 in 6 Saturdays

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Insurance Sales Consultant to join a leading financial services firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a wide range of insurance products including commercial, personal, and specialty lines.
  • Assess client needs and provide bespoke insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims support efficiently and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations, compliance standards, and market trends.
  • Work collaboratively with underwriters and other stakeholders to secure competitive terms.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in an insurance advisory or broking role (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and FCA compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
