Finance Assistant

Salary: £30k

Location: Near Andoversford (must be a driver)

We have a varied Finance Assistant role supporting the day-to-day finance function within a fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high volume sales and purchase ledger activities
• Process expenses, payments, and bank transactions
• Support multi-currency accounting and VAT processes
• Assist with credit control and customer queries
• Preparation of third-party and intercompany bank payment runs
• Contribute to order processing and stock-related accounting

Requirements

• Must be able to drive and have access to a car
• AAT Level 4 or 3+ years in a fast-paced accounts role
• Understanding of credits and debits
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Confident communicator with good Excel skills
