Legal Secretary (6-Month FTC) | Leading Law Firm | West End, London

We're partnering with a highly respected law firm with a strong reputation for excellence across its Litigation practice groups. They are currently seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and energetic Legal Secretary to join the team on an initial 6-month FTC to cover maternity leave, starting June 2026.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documentation and correspondence
• Managing diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
• Supporting timekeeping, billing, and expense processes
• Handling document management via iManage
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Legal Intern Programme and Clients & Markets Team
• Adapting to shifting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Legal Secretary within a legal or professional services environment
• Excellent communication, organisational, and technical skills
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, and billing/time recording systems
• Calm, composed, and adaptable under pressure
• A proactive team player with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work overtime when required (which may be extensive at times)
• Outstanding time management and a reliable attendance record
• A positive attitude and a great sense of humour
