Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £26 - 28k per annum

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a dynamic manufacturing business based in Huddersfield to support them with a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent. 

Main Duties of the Customer Service Administrator include:

  • Support UK Customer Orders via phone and email
  • Manage end-to-end order processing from order to transport
  • Keep customers up to date with delivery times
  • Work with internal departments to ensure that timeframes are met
  • Handle and resolve enquiries or complaints efficiently
  • Update customer records on the CRM system
  • Support wider customer service initiatives and projects as required.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal systems, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support on reception - meet and greet visitors
  • Occasional support for hosting visitors or assisting with company events.
  • Other ad hoc admin duties that you may be required to support with across the team

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Admin needs to have:

  • Experience of working within a busy customer service team - desirable
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Competent speaking with customers
  • Working hours and holiday schedules are in line with construction industry standards, which include several defined breaks during the year. Exact dates are confirmed annually and communicated well in advance.
