If you’re passionate about using tools like HubSpot to boost engagement and optimise performance, this is your chance to own campaigns end-to-end, from PPC to content and automation, with a supportive manager and team!

What you’ll do:

• Build and optimise email campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot
• Plan, launch, and scale high-performing PPC campaigns
• Manage the digital marketing budget and report on performance
• Partner with content and design teams to deliver engaging, conversion-led campaigns
• Analyse results, track ROI, and continuously improve strategy
• Lead digital storytelling for CSR initiatives
• Ensure GDPR compliance across all activity
• Stay ahead with emerging trends, including AI-driven marketing tools
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders

What you’ll bring:

• Strong digital marketing experience (B2B or e-commerce preferred)
• Hands-on HubSpot or marketing automation expertise
• Proven success with PPC, SEO, and paid social campaigns
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytics skills
• Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
• Good understanding of GDPR
• Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused
