Description

The In-house Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A and group restructurings
• Leading and supporting due diligence processes on acquisitions and disposals
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate and transactional documentation
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic, commercial legal advice

Profile

The In-house Corporate Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with circa 4+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Experienced in M&A and due diligence work
• Commercially minded, with strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £85,000.
