HR Advisor
6 Month contract - Late June start
Daily Rate: £250-290 per day (Inside IR35)
Hybrid - 3 days per week, Central London

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced interim HR specialist to join a fast-paced professional services environment, supporting a UK and international client base.
The Role

• Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers
• Manage employee relations cases (absence, performance, probation, etc)
• Support disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and appeals
• Partner with HR Operations on employment changes
• Produce people MI and identify trends
• Support performance reviews, promotions and HR projects

Desired experience:

• 3+ years’ generalist HR experience
• Strong ER case management experience
• Good knowledge of UK employment law
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, organised and adaptable
