The Role

You will play a key part in developing and enhancing the organisation’s online presence, supporting product management activities, and delivering an exceptional customer journey across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of e-commerce operations
• Launch and manage products and initiatives across multiple online sales channels
• Regularly review and optimise product listings, including pricing, imagery, categorisation and content
• Analyse sales performance, pricing trends and stock levels to drive improvements
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase online conversions
• Contribute to the ongoing development and performance of online stores

About You

• Degree or relevant qualification in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Commercial awareness with an interest in driving online sales performance
• Quick to learn new systems and technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
