We are recruiting on behalf of a leading, UK property buying company that offers homeowners a fast, hassle-free way to sell their property for cash, without the delays of the open market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Sales Negotiator to join a high-performing, fast-paced sales environment working with motivated sellers ready to transact.

The Role:

• Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from homeowners looking to sell quickly
• Build trust and rapport, guiding clients through the cash sale process
• Qualify leads and assess seller motivation and property suitability
• Negotiate offers and agree terms in line with company objectives
• Work closely with valuers and legal teams to progress deals through to completion
• Keep CRM systems fully updated with accurate notes and follow-ups
• Consistently hit and exceed sales and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in estate agency, property sales, or a target-driven sales role
• Confident negotiator with a strong track record of closing deals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and driven to maximise earnings
