Cleaning Supervisor / Manager (Part-Time, Company Van) £17 per hour + Performance Bonus | 15–30 hours per week

We are recruiting for a growing cleaning business seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor / Manager to lead a small team while delivering high-quality commercial and specialist cleaning services.
This role blends team leadership, client management, and hands-on cleaning, offering a genuine step up for someone looking to progress.
The Role You will be responsible for both operational delivery and supervision, including:
- Carrying out cleaning to a high standard when required
- Supervising and supporting a small team of cleaners
- Conducting site visits, quality checks, and client quotes
- Managing commercial cleaning contracts and relationships
- Delivering specialist services including deep cleans, end of tenancy, and after-builders cleans
- Ensuring health & safety compliance and service standards are consistently met
About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in commercial or specialist cleaning (minimum 2–3 years)
- Confident in a supervisory, team leader, or senior cleaner role
- Comfortable dealing with clients and managing expectations
- Highly organised, reliable, and detail-focused
- Hands-on and happy to support operational delivery when needed
- Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
