We are working with an expanding organisation in Birmingham seeking a Customs Coordinator to join their team.

As a Customs Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the international trade operations.

Responsibilities;

Ensure the seamless flow of goods by managing the end-to-end import and export process with precision.
Review and process import/export declarations, ensuring all documentation aligns with current trade regulations and statutory requirements.
Coordinate the daily movement of goods, tracking shipments in real-time to provide accurate updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for customs authorities and external partners, resolving queries and discrepancies swiftly
Identify and troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks or documentation errors to prevent delays in the supply chain.
Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to harmonize workflows and optimize transit times.
