Location: Field-Based / Flexible

Salary: £40,000 – £80,000 Basic DOE + Exceptional Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a designated territory, developing new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding market presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business opportunities across your region
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Build long-term relationships with commercial decision-makers

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
