Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join the Engineering team at Head Office in Newport. This is a temporary position for a few months, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Duties

• Support recruiters with candidate compliance, including referencing and confirming assignments.
• Assist with payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle candidate queries via telephone and email.
• Post job adverts and respond to applications.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience.
• Experience with payroll processes.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
