Join our Travel Insurance claims handling team at Strata House, Blisworth Hill Farm, Stoke Road, Blisworth, Northamptonshire, NN7 3DB. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recovery Claims Handler to manage their own caseload and help our clients recover their uninsured motor losses as quickly and efficiently as possible

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of helping our clients recover their insured losses. You’ll open claims on our case management system, conduct initial enquiries, and negotiate settlements with third parties and their representatives. Your work will ensure full compliance with office protocols, client service level agreements, and key performance indicators. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining data integrity and adhering to financial transaction and Solicitors Accounts Rules. By maximising fee-earning opportunities without compromising client recoveries, you’ll contribute to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.

About You

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths, at grade C or above (or equivalent). A Law degree or Insurance Qualification would be a bonus.
• Experience in travel liability recovery handling within a legal, insurance, or claims management environment.
• Demonstrable self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently within a defined structure.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, third parties, and team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to unexpected situations, including working extra hours when required.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
