I am recruiting for a high-impact NAM role with a fast-growing, innovation-led FMCG business. You'll own key grocery accounts, leading strategy, JBPs, and commercial delivery to drive profitable growth across a well-established household brand portfolio.

This is a visible, high-autonomy position with real influence - shaping customer strategy, unlocking category opportunities, and delivering best-in-class execution across in-store and online channels.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning top-tier retail relationships and customer strategy
• Leading JBPs, negotiations, and commercial planning
• Managing full P&L and driving revenue growth management
• Influencing category development and shopper strategy
• Delivering standout launches and omnichannel activation

What we're looking for:

• Proven NAM/Senior NAM experience with major UK grocers
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation track record
• FMCG background (household/personal care a plus)
• High ownership mindset with pace and resilience
