Description

  • Oversee the preparation and processing of invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor income streams and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Sales ledger cash allocation
  • Debt and cash collection
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders as required.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting functions.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on financial procedures and systems.

Profile

A successful Sales Ledger & Controller should have:

  • Formal qualifications or training in accounting, finance, or a related field - AAT or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software, to include excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving financial processes.
