Part-Time HR Director & Professional Development Mentor- Southampton- £70K FTE

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Director to provide strategic and hands-on HR support on a part-time basis (2 days per week).

The Role

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to leadership
• Mentor and develop the current HR team member
• Support key HR projects and improve processes and policies
• Provide practical, day-to-day HR guidance as needed

About You

• Proven senior HR leadership experience
• CIPD Level 7 qualified
• Strong blend of strategic and operational HR skills
• Passionate about mentoring and developing others
