Package: £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

The Role:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and identifying new businesses to work with (business development).
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferred, not essential)
• A recent graduate with strong communication skills
• Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A natural relationship builder with a proactive approach to work
• Strong track record of achievement (academics, sports, societies, part-time work etc)
