Salary: £27,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to:

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and networking
• Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Manage recruitment processes from interview through to offer stage
• Develop commercial, sales, and negotiation skills
• Become a specialist within your chosen market
