For more than four decades, this international institution in Cologne has supported a diverse community of learners, offering students the opportunity to pursue the dual award within the IB Diploma or IB Careers Programme. The ideal candidate

• Relevant degree in education, social sciences, or youth work
• Prior experience in boarding or residential settings is highly desirable
• Pastoral care experience : Strong background in supporting the wellbeing and personal development of boarding students
• Student mentorship : Ability to guide young people academically and personally with empathy and encouragement
• Residential life commitment : Willingness to actively engage in the routines and responsibilities of boarding life
• Effective communication : Clear, approachable, and able to build trust with students, parents, and colleagues
