The Role:

As a Family Solicitor, you'll manage a varied caseload of privately and publicly funded matters, including:

• Children Act proceedings
• Divorce and separation
• Domestic abuse and injunctions
• Financial settlements (including property, pensions, maintenance and asset preservation)
• Matters involving business assets and trusts
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Separation agreements

You'll work closely with clients during what is often a highly sensitive time, delivering practical, clear and compassionate advice.
