We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Administrator to join our team at our Leicester site. Working 07:00–15:00, you will play a key role in supporting the team through excellent administration and first-class service delivery.
As an Administrator, you will provide professional, accurate and efficient administrative support across the operation. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, high-quality data processing, and smooth day-to-day workflows.

Education & Experience Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ administration experience involving customer contact and telephone work
- GCSE English Language (or equivalent)
- GCSE Mathematics (or equivalent)
- Microsoft user qualification demonstrating digital literacy
Desirable:
- NVQ II or III in Administration
Your Mission at Elis In this role, you will:
Customer Support & Communication - Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, offering first-line support.
- Accurately record customer orders via phone or email.
- Proactively manage customer queries and keep them updated.
- Notify customers courteously of any delivery shortfalls.
- Promote Connect ordering and support customers with system queries.
Administration & Data Handling - Complete timely and accurate data entry, including payroll data and customer charges.
- Provide HR administration support for Managers (new starters, leavers, absence, maternity, etc.).
- Professionally escalate any issues requiring management involvement.
- Carry out reception duties as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
- Support with general office administration as required.
