TSR Legal is delighted to be working in partnership with a fast-growing and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Qualified Lawyer to join its thriving Residential Conveyancing team in Cheltenham.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, supported by an experienced and collaborative team. The caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, transfers of equity, and more complex residential property matters.

This role also offers the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior team members while playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold, leasehold, new build, and complex residential transactions
• Delivering an exceptional standard of client care and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supervising and supporting junior members of the team where appropriate
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure efficient progression of matters
• Maintaining accurate and compliant files using digital case management systems
• Supporting the firm’s innovative and technology-driven approach to legal services
• Contributing positively to a supportive, ambitious, and team-focused culture

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE
• Proven experience independently managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions
• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with legal technology and case management systems
• Proactive, commercially aware, and team-oriented approach
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
