Contract: 12 Months, Maternity Cover
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Part time hours considered for the right candidate)
Salary: £27,579.00 - £29,445.00 Per Annum

Introduction
You will provide administrative support across our range of work including habitat restoration, conservation grazing, community engagement and volunteering. You will ensure our reserve office is a safe and enjoyable place to work and be an important link with our partners and supporters.
What’s the role about?
You’ll provide friendly, efficient business support to help our teams and volunteers work smoothly – from financial and IT administration to organising materials, bookings, travel and events.
You’ll build positive relationships with colleagues and partners, handling confidential information with care and representing the RSPB professionally in every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of our office spaces through effective day-to-day coordination, helping to maintain a safe, well-organised and welcoming environment.
As the first point of contact for enquiries and visitors, you’ll offer a warm, helpful welcome and ensure everyone has a positive experience with us.
