About the Role

An exciting opportunity to start a career in estate agency and property sales has arisen with a successful residential estate agency in Woking, Surrey. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their busy and high-performing team.

Salary & Benefits - Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

• OTE £30,000 plus in Year 1
• OTE up to £50,000 in Year 2

Key Responsibilities – Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

• Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
• Arranging and conducting residential property viewings
• Marketing properties for sale
• Building relationships with buyers and sellers
• Learning to negotiate offers and agree sales
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Ideal Candidate – Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Interest in property, sales, or estate agency
• Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
• Full UK driving licence (own car advantageous but not essential)
• Local knowledge of Woking or Surrey beneficial
• No previous estate agency experience required
