The Role

Customer Service Executive

  • Dealing with inbound customer calls, handling queries / issues
  • Making outbound calls to internal and external customers
  • Database management
  • Dealing with customer correspondence via emails
  • Management of various databases / Excel spreadsheets - reports

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience of dealing with high volume inbound calls
  • Experience of solving queries and issues
  • Excellent communication and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent IT / MS Office skills and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be available immediately for a temporary to permanent role
  • Be able to commute to Harefield area car driver
