Key ResponsibilitiesAs the successful Facilities Coordinator you will have previous experience within a similar role within the Real Estate industry and be comfortable working within a professional commercial environment. Strong organisational skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to take ownership of tasks are key for the role. Those with exposure to contractor coordination, compliance processes, and front-of-house operations will be well suited, alongside those looking to step into a more high-profile asset environment. An IOSH would be advantageous
